Carlen is an experienced civil litigator working on behalf of workers across California.
Carlen takes pride in representing “the little guy” against corporations and public entities in actions for discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, and wage & hour violations.
Carlen received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
While at Loyola, Carlen gained extensive experience externing for LA Superior Court Judge Bruce Iwasaki, the Children’s Law Center, Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, and the Loyola Center for Conflict Resolution.
Carlen received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College where she played for the college’s softball and rugby teams.
