Mariela de Loera Figueroa is a workers’ rights attorney at Moss Bollinger LLP. She received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from California State University, Fresno and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
As the daughter of immigrant parents, Mariela witnessed the exploitative work conditions her parents experienced, which motivated her to become an attorney and fight workers’ rights. As part of her work, she represents workers who have been deprived of their hard-earned wages, who have been discriminated at work, and who have been subjected to other unfair work conditions. Mariela is dedicated to making the law and the protections it affords accessible to those who need it most and ensure that workers of all backgrounds are treated with fairness and dignity.
